Weddings are our specialist service.
 
We have helped over 100 couples start their marriage with a top class party.
 
Not only do we provide a bar service, but we also provide an atmosphere in which to celebrate.
 
Our traditional Mahogany Effect bars are the most popular choice for weddings. They can be themed or decorated to fit into your chosen decor, and our staff can be dressed in a style of your choosing!

What can I expect from you?.
Each event we do is another chance to demonstrate the quality and professionalism that we have strived to achieve. Therefore, we will never give you anything less than perfect service.

Our typical setup includes:

  • 16 feet of versatile wooden bar frontage
  • 8 feet of wooden back bar with internal lighting
  • 4 fridges to keep products cold
  • brass or stainless steel beer taps
  • all cellar equipment for dispense of any product
  • all stock
  • two qualified staff to run your event's bar
  • all rubbish cleared and taken off site

You really provide all the stock? Yes... We carry a vast range of stock as standard. In fact, we carry more than some high street bars! If there is a particular tipple that you would like. we will endeavour to source it for you and stock it at your event
Do I need a license to have a bar? Technically Yes! You need a license wherever alcohol is sold! You also need a license to have a DJ play music, to dance to recorded music, to have a magician perform, in fact you need a license for any form of "regulated entertainment" that will occur! HOWEVER, Black Tie Bars will handle all licensing applications on your behalf at no extra cost. All you need to worry about is what cocktail to have!

Are your staff really qualified? Because we want your event to run as smoothly as possible, we will send at least one Personal License Holder (PLH) to run your event. Any other member of staff has been trained by the company to adhere to the standards that we would expect. Every staff member has to sit a test to show that their knowledge meets our requirements.

What do you charge for your basic service?   We have a very clear pricing policy. Our standard service costs from £400. This includes everything listed above.  We have a number of additional services such as:

  • Reception Drinks (Champagne/Pimm's/Cocktails etc) 

  • Champagne Fountains

  • Table Wines and Water

  • Toast Services

  • Entertainers and Children's Services

  • Theming and Decoration

  • Stainless Steel and Ice Bars

  • Cocktail only Bars

  • Firework displays

  • Fire Breathers

All available at an extra charge. We will fully quote you based on your exact requirements.
